I have decided to start my blog back up again, because it is an easier way to communicate with friends than it is via email.
WOW, how times have changed! In a matter of weeks it seems like the world has been turned upside down..
Sherry and I are doing well. We are doing our "stay at home" and "social distancing". Phrases we will never forget..
We are very fortunate that we live out in the country and have breathing space. I can sit in my chair and look out into the backyard and see the birds at the bird feeder, turkeys strutting around, deer walking back and forth across our back yard without a care in the world. The fish in our pond just kind of float around and have no place in particular to go. It's a very peaceful setting. Nature doesn't know we are going thru a pandemic..
Sherry and my lifestyles haven't really changed that much. In the past, our main entertainment was visiting with friends and occasionally going out and having a pizza. We have never been "crowd people". So staying away from large groups hasn't been an issue for us. We do miss our weekly lunches with our friends. The day will come when this situation we are in will end.
That will do it for now, just wanted to touch base with you and let you know Sherry and I doing OK. We hope that the same applies to you, your family and friends. Keep Healthy.. Jim
